• Vendor and Business Support Services

All services remain subject to quotations, contracts, purchase orders, or written agreements where applicable.

Any quotation, proposal, estimate, or pricing information provided by Strums & Co LLC is non-binding until formally accepted by both parties in writing.

Prices, availability, and timelines may change without notice.

Access to ERP, vendor, customer, or project portals may require credentials issued by Strums & Co LLC.

Users agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Use portals only for legitimate business purposes
• Promptly report unauthorized access
• Keep account information accurate

Users shall not:

• Share credentials with unauthorized persons
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or records
• Interfere with portal operations
• Upload malicious software or unlawful content

Strums & Co LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at its discretion.

Submission of a job application, staffing application, or event manpower registration does not guarantee employment or assignment.

Strums & Co LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove applications at its discretion.

Where Strums & Co LLC acts as a sourcing partner, broker, or intermediary:

• Product availability is subject to supplier confirmation
• Delivery timelines are estimates only
• Third-party supplier warranties remain the responsibility of the supplier

All website content, logos, graphics, documents, designs, trademarks, and materials remain the property of Strums & Co LLC or its licensors.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Users shall not:

• Violate applicable laws
• Misrepresent their identity
• Upload harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website operations
